Attempting sex for the first time. How many pills she needs to take and for how many days?

I'm a complete noob in this area. We are both virgins and about to have our first experience. I would love to know how many pills (any specific brand at Walmart/Target?) she will have to take before sex and for how many days - all that for only one time sex. I'm not for sex every other weekend.

If we have sex for just one day, then she will have to take pills for a week, a month?

I don't want her to take pills unnecessarily for months if we are going to have sex just once.

In conclusion, I would like to how many pills she will have to take for one sexual "encounter" ? Also, what if we have sex twice a week - then how many pills she will have to take and for how many days? Is there any chart that says "These many pills for these many days for this much of sex"?
